iHealthScreen Inc., New York, USA is looking for Head of Sales responsible for the sales and marketing of software products aimed at a vast number of diverse Web and Mobile Application Service for its Dhaka office. The candidate has future opportunity to move to the USA with H1B visa following minimum two years of full-time work (the company hired several employees (with H1B and J1 visa).
The company is a startup, formed at USA with NIH funds more than $2.5M and in the process of receiving $6.5M from private investors and NIH funding. It is founded by Dr. Alauddin Bhuiyan (Associate Professor, Ophthalmology, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne, Australia, won prestigious Endeavor fellowship (Australia Award), Harvard visiting scholar, was faculty at CSE:SUST/University of Virginia/New York University (NYU). He graduated from CSE, SUST (CSE 3rd batch). The company is working on the artificial intelligence-based prediction model for stroke, heart disease and eye disease. The company has a team in Bangladesh for scaling the company.

Graduate/post-graduate from any discipline.
At least 3-5 years of solid sales and marketing experience in relevant field (Experience in education/health related software sector will be given preference).
1. The incumbent must have the leadership quality to run the Sales & Marketing team. 2. Have the capability to hire sales personnel and setup the whole sales & Marketing team to whom he leads.The incumbent must have capability to impel the Sales & Marketing Department including policy formulation and implementation. 4. Responsible to obtain assigned sales target through sales teams. 5. Ensure team activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with top management. 6. Set up guideline for Sales & Marketing team to develop effective Sales & Marketing strategy. 7. Managing product strategy, make a short and long-range planning for the business and optimizing operational execution. 8. Manage and implement media-based communication plans for brand building, corporate promotions. 9. Designs, builds and maintains social media presence, digital advertising, market research. 10. Manage all the corporate deals with excellent pricing strategy. 11. Identify potential market along with new sales opportunities. 12. Should be self-motivated, hardworking, ready to work under pressure. 13. Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure. 14. Willingness to work beyond general working hours.
Taka 40K - 60K, varies with experience.
